Although food is almost the same on every Tim Horton's, when it comes to Donuts, which is the one of the principal items they offer, in general, on all the locations, they all fail in one thing mainly, they don't have all the donuts. This one has one that I find hard to get in Burnaby, the Toasted Coconut donut.In regards to the parking, it's a small area. Sometimes the place looks not so clean. But it may be due to the area and who may be there at the time.

Love this place I eat there daily it's a great spot, but DOUBLE DOUBLE check your take out order before you get upset when you get home with some odd random food item.

This Tim's is a good place to sit and wait if your kid has a music lesson at Long & Mcquade. It's also convenient for a quick bite before or after a trip to Science World. This area has a lot of homeless/disenfranchised, so you will often get asked for change, no one is overly aggressive though so I don't find it too bothersome.

Meh... If you're hungry and looking for some food. Service wasn't particularly good, fast, or special. The restaurant wasn't that clean, no napkins in the holder, and garbage cans getting on the full side. The food was edible and plenty of donuts to choose from so there was that.

One of the busiest location in Vancouver and its my everyday coffee stop. Staff is really friendly and work through the busiest hours professionally. Less wait times and I feel welcomed whenever i walk in and staff remembers my name for my orders everyday.

Busy location because close to offices and Columbia College. Parking available in the rear. Occasionally see homeless people here with shopping carts parked outside the front door. Staff are friendly and service is good. I like the free weekend promotions when you sign-up with a Tim Hortons Visa. Update: since posting this image management have resolved this issue where shopping carts are left out front. Good work!

This Tim Hortons is about a half a block from the Main Street-Science World sky train station and across the street from the Pacific Central train station. Very convenient location.

If you know me you know I love my tens and this is the only traditional style location for Tim Hortons in the downtown area with the appropriate layout to service a high-volume hungry Tim Hortons lovers unfortunately that's the one place that this Tim's wax and that's quick service they are running a close second for slowest Tim Hortons in the Lower Mainland

Love Tim Hortons I know this place inside and out. Only problem is bugs in autumn trying to get on to the bakegoods out for a max of eight hours ewwww especially flies in very busy places with a buzz....

Bitter coffee, stale donuts, employees that either don't understand English or just don't listen ... I'm not sure why but orders seem to never get filled correct. This used to be a favorite place... I'm starting to look elsewhere

My daughter likes timbits.I ordered 10pack timbits(5rasberry,5honey dip) but l got a 5rasberry and 5coconuts. We went back to the store and told the staff. The staff was very friendly and responded politely. Apologized directly to my daughter and handed a new donuts.My daughter was so happy!!
